On June 24, 2020, the United Nations Economic and Social Council endorsed the recommendation of the Committee on Non-Governmental Organizations to grant Eurasia Partnership Foundation the special consultative status with the Council, to strengthen EPF’s efforts to further empower people to effect change for social justice and economic prosperity, to advance its work in protecting human rights and peacebuilding processes. 

Consultative status is a key means for civil society organizations to access the UN system and allow to deliver oral and written reports at UN meetings, hold consultations with ECOSOC and its subsidiary bodies, and to organize events on UN premises.
