Cross-Border Project Manager

POSITION TITLE: Project Manager for Cross-border Programs

PURPOSE OF JOB: To support an effective implementation of and fundraising for Eurasia Partnership Foundation’s Cross-border Programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The incumbent will manage the implementation of EPF’s cross-border initiatives; design, manage and implement project-related assessments, research and evaluations; conduct project monitoring and prepare status reports; participate in proposal writing and other types of fundraising efforts; support EPF’s outreach activities; etc.

QUALIFICATIONS: Higher education, preferably with a degree in Conflict and Peace Studies, Political Science or other social sciences; minimum 3 years of project design and management experience in NGOs/INGOs; basic knowledge of conflict transformation and peacebuilding methodologies; fluency in English, Armenian and Russian, while knowledge of Turkish is an asset; etc.
