DATA partners invite exceptionally qualified organizations, individual consultants or teams of consultants who will strengthen policy-oriented research, policy analysis, policy advocacy and communication capacities of DATA partners through a set of trainings (including ToTs), and provide consultative services to DATA partners and DATA beneficiaries throughout the term of the program.
Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF) and Caucasus Research Resource Center - Armenia Foundation (CRRC-Armenia) solicit the services of an Internal Auditor to carry out an independent appraisal of each of EPF’s and CRRC-Armenia’s internal controls and their compliance with Policies and Procedures that govern each of the two entities. The Internal Auditor should also act as a confidential hotline (e-mail) administrator for employees and the public regarding claims of possible fraud and conflict of interest at EPF and CRRC-Armenia. When warranted, the Internal Auditor will inspect claims of fraud or conflict of interest in any of the two entities.
The spread of the coronavirus has increased the importance of digital tools and e-services, as many people need access to various public services during their government’s lockdown. The increased demand for digital public services has made digitalization challenges more evident. Governments should focus on providing platforms for the growth of the digital economy and benefit of society, as well as enabling the models for the safe and modern application of technology to serve the population.
In an effort to find alternatives to the current development project in Yerevan’s District 33 (Firdus), the Committee for the Protection of Yerevan’s Heritage with the “Alternative 33” launched an international open competition of ideas for the urban revitalization of the district.
On April 21, 2020, Russian Foreign Affairs Minister Sergey Lavrov referred to a “step-by-step” approach to resolving the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, which would involve withdrawal of Armenian troops from territories beyond the Soviet-era borders of the Nagorno Karabakh Autonomous Oblast in exchange for a lifting of the economic blockade by Azerbaijan. This statement was highly unprofessional.
