Purpose of the JOB:

EPF, a non-governmental leader in innovation in Armenia’s development, is looking for an experienced Program Manager to oversee the implementation and expansion of its Human Rights and advocacy program activities.

Required Qualifications: 
Qualified candidates should have a Degree in Law, Human Rights or related fields; fluency in written and spoken Armenian and English, the knowledge of Russian is an asset; high computer literacy; several years of relevant professional experience; previous project management experience and good understanding of Human Rights mechanisms, understanding of policies and development strategies, as well as the issues and challenges of the NGO sector in Armenia; good understanding of legal system of Armenia and ongoing country developments; etc.
