Purpose of the JOB:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive dude or gal to join our vibrant, innovative and post-modern team and provide support to the communication activities of EPF. The incumbent will:
- Take responsibility for the management of EPF’s on-line presence
- Monitor and evaluate our communications, conduct need and performance analysis, suggest developments, etc.
- Act as the admin /editor of few websites and regularly update them
- Keep EPF’s social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Vimeo up-to-date by researching, recommending and implementing new ways to raise EPF’s and its undertakings’ profile
- Use Google analytics and other packages
- Regularly update EPF calendars
- Reflect media coverage (receiving information from program staff)
- Update EPF stakeholders’ database.
- Format and distribute electronic and print communications, such as press releases and news, based on the communication and branding design confirmed requirements
- Develop new branding ideas
- Track the media coverage, presentations, analytical materials and other print and on-line products produced by EPF and partners (with the help of programs and partners), to be reflected in EPF’s communications
- Often do something which can be characterized as ‘EPF and partners’ marketing’
- Participate in and help with EPF other activities as assigned (10-20% of time).
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience or a combination of experience and education that enables high performance in all aspects of the position
- High computer literacy with some basic knowledge in HTML and Photoshop
- Education and other experience abroad is a plus
- Familiarity with several software packages
- Familiarity with simple audio-video editing
- Proven competence /comfort level with IT and various online platforms (websites, social media, presentations, etc.)
- Written language literacy for simple editing in Armenian and English (+Russian is an advantage)
- Higher literacy, i.e. capacity to develop quality written texts in two or three languages, is a significant advantage
- Capacity to think in terms of templates; capacity to summarize visually analytical info
- Drawing and computer skills are a plus
- Software development skills are an advantage
- Design skills and taste are an advantage
