Sarine Hayriyan has been working as a coordinator in the "Civic Engagement, Capacity Building and Crisis Response" program implemented within cross-border programs at Eurasia Partnership Foundation since May 2021.

Before that Sarine had worked at Public Television as a host-journalist (2010-1016), then at the Artsakh-French Cultural-Youth Center as an event manager  (2016-2020), after as a spokesperson at the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Republic of Artsakh (May 2020-December 2020).

Before joining EPF Crisis Response Program team, Sarine had participated in several programs and trainings implemented by EPF, “Caucasus Institute” Foundation, AUA. She has  founded the "Vector" youth-public organization operating in Republic of Artsakh within which has coordinated a number of programs and activities.

Sarine is a grantee of the "Women Entrepreneurs" program implemented by the Armenian General Benevolent Union in 2019, within the framework of which she founded a small business of tote bags and T-shirts representing the Artsakh dialect and color.

Sarine is a linguist by her profession, she graduated from Artsakh State University.

She is more interested in the issues and perspectives of the development of civil society in Armenia and Artsakh, in the transformation of conflicts, in the issues of education.
