Narek Varshamyan

Narek Varshamyan has 13 years of experience working with charity organizations in Armenia and abroad. He has been involved in fields of working with young people, social and community development, non-formal education. He has joined EPF Northern Branch in June of 2021.

Narek started his career in 2008, working for the British Red Cross Society as a youth and school manager’s assistant for a year. After returning back to Armenia he started working at SOS Children’s villages Armenia from 2010 until 2020. Since 2013 he was the president of a youth NGO in Tavush Region. From 2015-2016 he worked as a coordinator of “Youth initiative support” program financed by the World Bank. In 2020 He worked as a monitoring worker for sustainable food program in schools of Tavush Region.

Narek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Math, Pedagogy and Informatics. He has got a Master’s degree in Public Administration.
