Conference Facilities

EPF’s conference facilities consist of three rooms – conference room, small meeting room and open space.
The conference room is equipped with state-of-the-art communication and presentation facilities, which makes it suitable for holding traditional conferences and workshops, online conferences, media events and video-recorded focus-group discussions. The room comfortably accommodates up to 50 participants in a ‘theater’ setup and up to 30 participants in a ‘U-shape’ format.
The small meeting room can be used as a conference room separately, accommodating up to 12 participants. It can also be used as a negotiation room or as part of a larger conference. The small meeting room is a suitable place for conferences, workshops, team building events, etc.
The open space is connected with the kitchen area. As a free space, it can be used for broader purposes. The open space is equipped with a TV, whiteboard and sofas, providing accommodation of more than 20 people in a round-table format and up to 60 people for standing events at the same time. In addition, your events in the conference room can be transmitted via the TV in the open space area making it possible for more people to attend it. The open space area is suitable for social events with varying purposes such as training, team building, a cocktail evening and more.
