Grants/Finance Assistant

Hripsime joined Eurasia Partnership Foundation Armenia team as a Grants/Finance Assistant in September 2023. She has experience in audit and accounting missions for enterprises in projects funded by international organizations in Armenia and CIS, such as USAID and the EU Commission, including a number of audit engagements, such as Promoting Transparency and Accountability through Advanced Civil Society Participation, Civic Engagement in Local Governance, Media for Informed Civil Engagement, etc. The client list included organizations such as the Armenian Red Cross Society, American University of Armenia, Innovation Centre, Aznavour and Aurora Humanitarian Initiative Charitable Foundations, Lydian Armenia CJSC, Media Initiative Centre NGO, Dilijan International School of Armenia, Tatev Revival, Armenia 2041, and Teach for Armenia Foundations, Transparency International Anticorruption Centre, Scholae Mundi, Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises, etc.

She possesses knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and International Standards on Auditing, as well as being a student at the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants/ACCA. She holds a Diploma of Economics from the Armenian State University of Economics, Faculty of Management.

With about 10 years of experience in the sphere of finance and banking, she specializes in account management and credit service provision for financial institutions, with 5 years of prior experience at World Vision Armenia International Charitable Organization.
