Anna Gasparyan
Anna Gasparyan is an international development professional with over 5 years of experience in public and non-governmental sectors. She offers expertise in managing donor and investor relations, coordinating multi-sector projects, as well as conducting mixed-methods research and evaluations.
Anna joined Eurasia Partnership Foundation as a Development and Partnerships Coordinator. She has previously worked in donor-supported community development interventions funded by the OSCE Office and the US Embassy in Yerevan. Later, she started a career at the Development Foundation of Armenia, followed by her employment at the Investment Support Center Foundation where she specialized in private sector development and investment promotion activities. She has also delivered a consultancy project for the OECD-based Multilateral Organization Performance Assessment Network (MOPAN) with the focus on identifying the trends and challenges of the multilateral donor community.
Anna holds a MSc degree in Development Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and BA and MA degrees in Political Science from Yerevan State University (YSU). Her professional and academic interests lie in the field of development cooperation with the focus on donor-supported institutional reforms, as well as in the development of inclusive economic and political institutions. She has participated in more than 30 local and international trainings and conferences and is a US Government Exchange Alumna.
