The book explores the experiences of learning among people of various professions, ages, and occupations. Using an ethnographic approach, authors conducted in-depth interviews with fifty respondents, who are established professionals. These individuals have rich learning experiences that they reflect upon, sharing them via the interviews. It is recommended that these ideas be used when planning, initiating, and implementing learning/teaching processes, i.e. using them as applications and methodological tools in formal, informal and non-formal educational situations.
