Within the scope of the Civic Engagement in Local Governance (CELoG) project, from September 8-12, 2017 in Aghveran, Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF) convened an organizational activity seminar1 (OAS), the objective of which was to involve representatives of all the stakeholder groups and comprehensively discuss the process of local self-governance reform, issues related to decentralization, and to develop an effective strategy and tools for public participation.
