Bridging Histories: Youth Dialogue through Cross-Border Heritage is jointly implemented by Anadolu Kültür (Türkiye) and Eurasia Partnership Foundation with the financial support of the European Union.
The project aims to bring together young people from Türkiye and Armenia around their shared cultural heritage, strengthen intercultural dialogue, and encourage collaborative learning and production through the exploration of the shared heritage of Kars and Gyumri.
Throughout the one-year project, selected participants will take part in expert-led training sessions, work in mixed teams with young people from both countries, participate in field research in Kars and Gyumri, and develop research-based heritage content that may serve as a foundation for future digital interpretation tools.
Rather than viewing cultural heritage solely as a means of documenting the past, the project approaches it as an opportunity to foster mutual understanding, strengthen shared memory, and encourage young people to collaborate across borders through dialogue, research, and creative production.
