The research on “Group homes operation in the field of mental health in the RA” (hereinafter referred to as the research) was conducted in 2021 by Institute of Public Policy NGO as part of the “AlterChoice” consortium project titled “Rights-based policy as a guidline in the field of mental health” within the frameworks of “Data for Accountable and Transparent Action” (DATA) program, with the support of the American people through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF).
