The Community Development Plan (CDP) is a key tool for community’s strategic planning and participatory governance. It allows local authorities to guide development in their areas promoting economic and territorial development, and in particular improving the socioeconomic situation of a given community through reforms along the lines of the provisions of the Law on Local Self Government and Budget Law as well as other strategic regional and territorial development programmes of the Republic of Armenia.
