Luiza Ayvazyan-Galanteryan is a committed professional, experienced in fundraising, project management (local/cross border), strategic and operational planning, non-profit sector development. 

Luiza joined Eurasia Partnership Foundation in July 2018. She has 5+ years’ experience in fundraising and donor cultivation; 10+ years’ experience in implementing, coordinating and managing educational, anti-corruption, policy-making and research projects of European, US and international organizations/institutions; 10+ years’ experience in working within the civil society sector in Armenia, successful collaboration experience with state institutions and internationals operating in Armenia; 6+years’ experience in grants management and networking; 2+ years’ experience in managing the Youth Board comprised of 20 representatives of parliamentary and non-parliamentary political parties, pro-reform movements and CSOs. Prior to EPF Luiza worked as a Fundraising Manager at the Caucasus Institute Foundation. The latter is a policy think-tank promoting policy-making in Armenia. She also worked at Transparency International Anti-Corruption Center/Armenia as a Coordinator of “Promoting Transparency and Accountability in the Defense Sector in Armenia” project.

Luiza was a Program Manager at the Armenian Branch of National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI). NDI is a Washington D.C. based organization which supports democratic institutions and practices. She holds Master’s Degree in International Relations from Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University. Luiza also studied Political Journalism at the Caucasus Institute Foundation. From 2015 to 2016 she studied at Yerevan School of Political Studies affiliated with the Council of Europe. Apart from professional education, Luiza actively participated in a number of national and international conferences/workshops, such as Young Political Leaders Program of the European Parliament/Brussels, World Forum for Democracy/Strasbourg, European diplomacy Workshop/Warsaw, etc.
