Office and Program Manager at Northern Branch of Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF NB)

Varsik Nerkararyan joined EPF Armenia in 2013 as an Office/Programs coordinator at the Northern Branch of the Eurasia Partnership Foundation.  She is an experienced community and youth development professional and trainer, with seven years of experience in non-formal education, promoting volunteerism, democratic education and media literacy.

Prior to joining EPF Armenia Varsik worked at Scholae Mundi Foundation’s Dilijan Youth Center as an English teacher, IDeA Foundation’s Dilijan Community Center as an English Clubs Manager, Youth Department of the Council of Europe as a junior facilitator in European Youth Center Budapest,  OSCE/ODIHR as an interpreter with Short Term Observers during Presidential Elections in 2003, UNICEF Armenia as a researcher in the frame of its “Mapping of youth organizations across Armenia” project and American Councils of Armenia as a student ambassador for Tavush Region.

At EPF NB Varsik currently manages EPF’s initiatives in the Northern regions of Armenia. She is managing EPF NB’s office and projects, develops plans, midterm and final reports. She organizes and runs large scale public events, seminars, trainings and discussions.

Varsik has a bachelor degree in English Language and Pedagogy from Yerevan State University. In addition to university education Varsik attended several trainings and courses in France, Hungary, Russia, Georgia, Poland, Turkey, Germany and Finland.
